Local Delivery Terms & Conditions

Local Delivery service commences Friday 11th March 2022.

How to Order:

Orders must be placed before 12 Noon on a Thursday
Delivery will be a Friday afternoon

To qualify for Home/Yard delivery, your address must fall within a 15KM Radius of our Shop at 20 Papakura-Clevedon Road, Clevedon.  Your address will be approved via our Website if it falls within the 15KM radius.

Please ensure that any aggressive dogs are locked away and that there is clear access in and out of your location.  If you are not going to be at the property upon delivery, please ensure a wet-weather option is available so that any deliveries do not get wet if raining.


Online (Preferred Method):

Add your items to your Shopping Cart.
At Checkout add your Address, if your address is within a 15KM Radius of our Shop it will then allow you to click on the drop down arrow and choose DELIVERY. The checkout will work out which Delivery Fee applies to your order.

Important Notes:

The Majority of our Stock is Live. Fiskens Feeds are on a pre-order basis but if ordered by the cut-off time this should be included in your order. All goods, items or offers shown on our catalogue are subject to availability at any given time and may not be ready in our stock at all the time. If that is the case, we shall notify you with the date of availability by e-mail. We have the right to discontinue any items, goods or offers from the website at any time, and our only liability in such cases will be limited to refund any money paid to us related to those goods or items which we may no longer be able to supply. We will notify you about the same, as soon as possible.


We put our utmost efforts to have your order delivered on the delivery date provided in your dispatch confirmation email. However, please note the delivery dates provided by us are only our best estimates and the actual delivery of your order may be later than this date. Any delays made by the delivery service is beyond our control and our liability.


Order and the goods become customer’s responsibility and ownership after customer receives them.


Please note that the email confirmation is only an acknowledgement of the receipt of the order. Any product/products on the same order which we have not confirmed in the dispatch confirmation e-mail, is not a part of that binding contract.


Orders can only be cancelled before the goods are dispatched, by notifying the seller in writing. After dispatch, Food product/products can be returned within 7 days of purchase and 14 days in case of non-food products from the day of delivery (excluding the day of delivery), as per the return policy mentioned here.
